This is a the new design Adaper cabinet, it is most suited for manufacturing DC Adapters, which are the most common and are used in majority of household appliances,available in various colors like black, white and grey.
This cabinet is best suited for TRFM type
9V to 12V DC, 350 mAmp to 1Amp adapters.
Connector leads are optional with this product, kindly refer to the leads page for more information on quality connector leads.
This cabinet is a fresh breeze for manufacturers currently making DC adapters in the old type cabinets, as the older design has been in the market for quite a long time, or should we say years.
The customer today also demands better looks of the product accompanied with better performance, keeping that in mind the design was improved and customised, we have also kept the manufacturer (you, our customer) in mind, the cabinets has a perfect inner fitting for the transformers, two sizes are available, a smaller one for the 9V 350 mAmp and a larger one for 12V 1Amp. There is a spherical shape on the top side where a customised logo sticker can be fitted.
There is proper ventilation for the heat of the transformer to pass, it is essential to do so, it is seen that many people block the ventilation, we request that you kindly keep in mind that doing so would reduce the life of the finished product.
